By accessing and using the CasinoForYou website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
CasinoForYou provides white label online casino platform solutions including but not limited to: game library integration, payment processing setup, CRM and marketing tools, affiliate management systems, bonus engine configuration, and back office systems. The specific scope of services is defined in individual agreements with each Operator.
As an Operator, you agree to:
The Platform, including its software, design, architecture, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of CasinoForYou. Operators receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for the duration of their service agreement. Operators retain full ownership of their brand assets, marketing materials, and customer data.
Service fees are structured as outlined during the consultation process and formalized in individual agreements. Fee components typically include:
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are specified in each Operator's individual agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to technical specifications, business strategies, financial data, and customer information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement.
CasinoForYou processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Operators are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable data protection regulations, including obtaining necessary consents from their End Users.
CasinoForYou endeavors to maintain high platform availability and performance. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasinoForYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the Operator in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Operators agree to indemnify and hold CasinoForYou harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from: the Operator's use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, breach of applicable laws or regulations, or any disputes with End Users.
Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in the individual contract terms. Upon termination, the Operator's access to the Platform will be revoked. Data export options and transition periods are addressed in individual agreements.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction specified in the individual service agreement. Disputes shall be resolved through the mechanism specified in the agreement.
CasinoForYou reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Operators. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
